What is the delivery time?

The maximum delivery time to your home is 15 business days, during business hours.

The period indicated is for all items in the store, except for products made to measure and orders on demand, which will have a delivery period of 4 weeks.

The products are divided according to size:

- Small products, which we distribute in standard dimension boxes  duly packed (box dimensions: 120 x 60 x 60 cm).

- Large products, which due to their size require specific means of transportation.

The countries to which we distribute regularly are Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland and United Kingdom, in which we offer you set rates for transportation.

For the rest of the countries we offer you made-to-measure rate and we will prize the transport in parallel so that you can choose freely if you want to buy it and have us send it to you.

When formalizing the purchase, you will see these prices broken down in the final price, both the price of the product and the cost of transportation.

Could I change the delivery address?

Modification of the delivery address once the order has already been collected by the transport company, will not be possible; unless the customer bears the costs and it has been expressly agreed by the parties.

How is a return made?

The first step is to contact us through our email: olivier@gaztelur.com and tell us what happened. We will indicate the address to which you must return the merchandise. The products must be sent in the same condition as they were delivered and with their original packaging, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface of the object. It is important that the products are perfectly packed together with a copy of the delivery note.

We will send our transport company to the requested address for collection.

Once we have received the item / s and verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount.

The refund will be received through the same medium in which you made the payment and within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse. The shipping costs will be discounted from the amount of the refund.
You also have the possibility of returning a product that has suffered damage as a result of transportation.

What is the deadline for the return?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you 14 workdays from the receipt date to send it back.

Payment methods

The accepted means of payment are credit / debit card or bank transfer.


CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS
The credit / debit cards accepted are:

VISA or MASTERCARD.
Payment will not be made until the corresponding authorization from the bank is obtained. If the bank denies payment, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be informed via email.


BANK TRANSFER
Payment by bank transfer must be made within 5 business days, after which time, if the receipt of payment has not been received, the order will be canceled and the customer will be informed via email.
In case of receiving the transfer receipt within the aforementioned period, the Client will receive the order confirmation within a maximum period of 48 hours. If not, please contact us by phone or email.

The prices indicated in each product are valid, except for typing errors in which case they will be corrected immediately after their detection.

If you are interested in buying any of our products, you can do it all through our online store.
Choose the product / s that interest you, add them to your basket and continue browsing our website. When you have finished, click on your shopping cart (top right) and you will have a complete list with your order.
Fill in all your information because the address you enter will be where we will send your purchase. Mail is important, so we can send you the tracking number; Also, don't forget your mobile phone, so the carriers can notify you of when the delivery will be taking place.

What is the origin of the products?

All our products are original, purchased over the years from all over the world. We are passionate about antiques, decoration and what the French call the "art de vivre". They have gone through various hands throughout their lives and this makes the presence of "footprints of time" inevitable. For us it is part of the history of the product and we believe they bring beauty and character in most cases.

Do you take care of the shipping?

Yes; We manage the shipment through trustworthy transport companies, with which we have been working for some time. We take care of packaging and protecting the product so that it arrives in perfect condition wherever you indicate. Carriers are advised that they carry unique and delicate pieces.

I do not reside in Spain. Can you send it to me?

The answer is yes. We will present you with a budget to the country of destination. We will contact our trusted international transport companies so that it arrives in perfect condition and as soon as possible.
In case the shipment is to a destination outside the EU, customs costs are borne by the customer.

I have received a broken product: what can I do?

In case of breakage, it must be communicated through our email olivier@gaztelur.com within 24 hours of delivery so that it can be covered by the transport insurance. You must attach a photograph of the broken product along with the original box or packaging. We will send our transport company to collect it. We will analyze the situation and give you an answer as soon as possible once we have received the merchandise in our warehouse.
24 hours after delivery, claims for breakage are not accepted.

I would like to give someone a gift. Do you wrap products as gifts?

Due to the heterogeneity of our products , we only have this option for small products.

I have not received my order. What do I have to do?

If 10 business days have elapsed after notifying you of the shipment of the product, and you have no news of your order, please contact us by email olivier@gaztelur.com indicating that you have not yet received your order, although you have received the e-mail confirming its departure from our warehouses.
